Membership in Health Associates Federal Credit Union is open to those who work in the health care industry and their families, including siblings, parents, children, and grandparents. Verification of employment is required.
To apply for membership:
- Call us at 714.972.2992, e-mail us, or visit one of our offices.
- Tell us who you work for or what your relationship to a current Heath Associates Federal Credit Union member is.
- Apply for membership by filling out our membership application. When your application is approved, simply deposit $25.00 into your prime share saving account and you are immediately eligible to apply for any of our programs or services
