*Checking accounts, Debit and ATM cards are subject to approval by Health Associates Federal Credit Union.

 

**Overdraft Privilege Protection Program Fee is $25.00 per item. Health Associates Federal Credit Union has the discretion to pay overdrafts, subject to your overdraft privilege limit and the amount of the overdraft fee. Health Associates Federal Credit Union is not obligated to pay any item presented for payment if your account does not contain sufficient available funds.

 

You must maintain your account in good standing, which includes at least bringing your account balance to a positive balance within every 30-day period for a minimum period of 24 hours. Account subject to closure and is reported to Chex Systems if account not brought to a positive balance within 45 days.
