It's Easy As 1, 2, 3...
1) When CUHotline answers, just follow along by entering your account number followed by the pound (#) sign. Then, enter your 4 digit access code followed by the pound (#) sign.
Your 4 digit access code (PIN) is chosen by you!
IMPORTANT TIPS
- In MENU Mode, you need only push the # sign when prompted. In Direct Mode, you must push the # sign after each entry.
- Dollar amounts are entered without decimals but include cents: i.e. $100.00 is keyed 10000.
- Dates are entered in six digits: i.e. February 29, 2000 is keyed 022900.
2) Choose MENU or DIRECT Mode and follow the instructions on the brochure (if you don't already have one ask our staff to provide one for you). You can switch between modes as often as you like.
- CUHotline will ask you for the appropriate service code and account identification number. ID numbers can be found on all statements and receipts: i.e. Savings can be 01, 02 03, etc., Checking can be 10, 11, 12, etc.
3) Before CUHotline posts your transactions, it will confirm the transaction amount and ask you to verify by entering 1 # to confirm or 9 # to cancel.
- Then, CUHotline will immediately post your completed transaction.
Touch-tone phone needed for service. If service is unavailable, hang-up and try 10 to 15 minutes later.
